Processes
- Brief
– Our dedicated project managers take time to ensure that your requirements are fully understood. We can work from architect’s drawings, written or verbal briefs or can adapt existing standard designs to meet a particular purpose.
- Approval Drawings
– Following the briefing stage, our experienced designers produce detailed approval drawings where each element is modelled and rendered in 3D using relevant software packages such as AutoCAD and Rhino.
- Production
– Once the drawings have been approved, the materials are ordered and the design is put into production in our state-of-the-art factory. Our team of skilled cabinet makers use the latest equipment to produce made-to-measure bespoke commercial furniture to your precise specification.
- Turnaround
– We pride ourselves in producing top quality products with quick turnaround times. Average lead time is 4-5 weeks, although we can be flexible, depending on customer requirements.
- After Sales Care
– We don’t believe that a job is completed as soon as it leaves the factory. We are committed to fostering long-term business relationships with our clients and are happy to assist with installation and updates to supplied products.
- Environment
– Wherever possible we purchase raw materials from sustainable sources. All wood-based waste is recycled and we continue an improvement culture, focused on eliminating waste and reducing our carbon footprint.
